WQDS SS304 Sewage Pumps. Stainless construction. Flanged wastewater duty.

WQ(D)-S is a national-standard-flange submersible sewage-pump family with a stainless-steel precision-cast shell. It is intended for wastewater transfer, aquaculture drainage and selected corrosive or fibrous media after liquid-chemistry, solids and material compatibility have been checked. The catalog distinguishes single-phase WQD configurations from three-phase WQ configurations.

DESIGN & OPERATION

Stainless precision casting

A stainless-steel shell improves corrosion resistance, subject to compatibility of the complete wetted assembly with the actual liquid.

Two mechanical-seal groups

The catalog specifies double-end and single-end mechanical seals with fluororubber elements for sealing and corrosion resistance.

Motor protection

Class F insulation is specified; models up to 4 kW may be equipped with a thermal protector.

Medium-specific options

Cutting devices for fibers and debris, mixing devices for sediment and hot-water motor configurations are quotation-dependent options, not standard on every model.

OPERATING CONDITIONS

Maximum submersion depth: 5 m; position the pump and lifting arrangement for the actual wet-well operating levels.

Standard liquid temperature: up to +40 °C. Higher-temperature motor options require explicit configuration review.

Catalog pH guidance: 304 stainless steel approximately pH 4–10; 316 stainless steel approximately pH 2–13. Chemistry, concentration and all wetted materials require confirmation.

Rated supply: 50 Hz, 220 V single-phase or 380 V three-phase by model; permitted voltage fluctuation is approximately ±10% of rated value.

For solids, long fibers or sediment, specify particle size, concentration and whether a cutter or mixer is required before selection.
