QDX Aluminum Submersible Pumps. Submerged clean-water transfer, selected by duty.

QDX is a portable submerged centrifugal pump family for clean-water transfer in rural wells, farm irrigation, construction drainage, garden watering, pond drainage and household supply. The catalog distinguishes an aluminum-shell group from a later cast-iron pump-case group; body material and outlet configuration must be confirmed against the exact model before ordering.

DESIGN & OPERATION

Submerged centrifugal layout

The motor, pump body and seal operate as one immersed assembly; the lower intake screen protects the hydraulic inlet.

Double-end mechanical seal

The catalog describes a dynamic seal with double-end mechanical sealing, plus a static oil-resistant O-ring seal.

Built-in protection

An internal thermal protector monitors the motor in normal operation.

Two construction groups

The catalog separates lightweight aluminum-shell versions from variants with a cast-iron pump case; do not assume identical materials across all QDX models.

Maximum liquid temperature: +40 °C; permitted pH: 6.5–8.5.

Solid impurities ≤0.1% by volume, with particle size ≤0.2 mm; this is not a sewage or solids-handling pump.

Maximum diving depth: 5 m. Keep the screened inlet immersed and avoid operating dry.

Catalog supply: 50 Hz, single-phase 220 V or three-phase 380 V by configuration; confirm the exact model and supply before ordering.
